The Colosseum

Posted on by Angela Kauffman

When you think of Rome, you can't help but think of the mighty Colosseum.  When visiting, it can be hard to make your way through the throngs of tourists.  They're everywhere, but for good reason - it's incredible.   Once inside its walls, it quickly takes your imagination to the days of the gladiators.  And don't even get me started on the amazing architecture of the place.  Something definitely worth seeing with your own eyes.  But for now, let's go there in pictures...

In The Misty Moonlight

Some cities just seem to have a magical quality about them at night.  Once the darkness hits, tourists scatter from the major attractions and there is a sudden peace upon the city.  I've always loved visiting sites at night when the lights seem to glow just for me...
